Praveen Yerramsetti

Praveen Yerramsetti is currently attending Oklahoma State University and pursuing a Ph.D. in Food Science. His research studies the effects of nitrogen gas in BBQ sauce. “As part of my graduate studies, I’m involved in extension work to visit food companies in Oklahoma. This excellent program helps me learn and assist in food safety programs, which I consider to be a rewarding experience,” Yerramsetti said about his OSU experience.
