Edmon Low Library: The library contains serials, monographs, books, microfiche, maps, electronic databases, and government documents to serve the students, faculty and staff of OSU.
Enrollment: Students are responsible for being properly enrolled in each semester. Thus, knowing how and when to enroll in courses, as well as the issues surrounding enrollment, is crucial information for all graduate students.

History and Immunization Requirements: All new students to OSU are required to complete the OSU Health History and Immunization form and return it to University Health Services. Click here for more information and the form.

Insurance: The University provides health insurance coverage to approved graduate students employed at least one-quarter time and appropriately enrolled. For information regarding health insurance plan and student eligibility, please follow the link to the University Health Services. From their page you can read the policy and request an insurance ID card.
Institutional Review Board (IRB): This link takes the user to a website provided by the Office of Research Compliance to assist OSU faculty, staff and students involved in research using human subjects in meeting the basic requirements and procedures that arise from these ethical principles and the resulting regulations.

Office of International Students and Scholars: The goal of the ISS office is to assist international students with U.S. immigration requirements, orientation to the OSU environment, employment and tax services, serve as a liaison to embassies, and many other services for international students studying at OSU.
Office of the Registrar: The Registrar provides the class schedule, OSU Catalog, and Diploma Application to assist students with graduation.
Office for Research and Technology Transfer: Any student or faculty member at OSU who conducts research will need to access this office to learn about research compliance issues.

Plans of Study: Graduate students develop Plans of Study early in their program to ensure degree completion. Find the Plan of Study Advising Checklist as well as general information about the POS at this site.
Research Week: Each year in late February and in conjunction with the Office of Research and the GPSGA, the Graduate College hosts Research Week. This week provides an opportunity for students to showcase their own research as well as learn about research happening across campus. Succeeding in the Professoriate Seminars: Training in the Professoriate Seminars: The SIPS program is a course that teaches graduate students what to expect as they move into a faculty role. See current and past SIPS seminars here.

Welcome Week: The week before classes begin in the Fall semester, the Graduate College hosts a variety of activities geared toward orienting new students and their family members to the OSU Stillwater campus.
