Award acceptance information for Graduate Students

If you're a graduate student who is expecting any award, the award period for summer has to be initiated by yourself in order for any awards to be posted to your account. Please follow the following steps to complete the process:

  1.  Logon to and click on Self-Service.
  2.  Click Financial Aid
  3.  Click Award
  4.  Click Award for Aid Year
  5.  Select 2017-2018 Award Year
  6.  Click Resources/Additional Information
  7.  Find the Summer 2018 Enrollment Plans section of the page.
  8.  Read the question and select your enrollment plans from the drop-down list.
  9.  Scroll down to the Submit Information button. DON'T put any amount in the Resource boxes unless you have a non-OSU award not previously reported to Financial Aid for the 2017-2018 award year.
