GPSGA: Meetings and Membership
GPSGA General Assembly Meeting Schedule – Fall 2023
All General Assembly Meetings will be held in an in-person format at 5:30 PM, and
representatives and liaisons on the email list will receive a reminder of the meeting.
All graduate students are welcome in the meetings. An online option will ONLY be provided
for Tulsa and OKC representatives/liaisons. If you are a Tulsa/OKC representative/liaison
and would like the link to the meeting, please email gpsga@okstate.edu.

Membership
All Graduate Students are members of GPSGA, but in order to be eligible for GPSGA
funding and awards, members must have active representation from their academic department
or a student organization within their department. This representation is in the form
of representatives and liaisons at our General Assembly Meetings. For more information
on membership and how to maintain active status, see our canvas page below. If you have
