Senior Manager of Business Operations
Ms. Collier joined the Graduate College in September 2026. She oversees the College’s financial and human resources operations, including budget management, graduate student tuition waiver programs, and graduate student fellowships and awards.
Prior to joining the Graduate College, Ms. Collier served in several roles across Oklahoma State University.
Jaylene Smith
Senior Financial Assistant
Ms. Smith joined the Graduate College in the summer of 2019. She serves as the college's financial assistant. Ms. Smith earned an AAS in Graphic Design from Rose State College.
