Skills you develop beyond your discipline can help differentiate you as a candidate in your job search and dramatically impact your overall career success. The 360° program is here to help you be intentional in the experiences you seek out as you prepare for your future career. Select from activities building your skills in one or more of the six skill areas on your way to earning micro-credentials that can be used to convey your achievements. Many of the activities are hosted at the Graduate Student Success Center, 101 General Academic Building.

Program StructureWithin each area of skill development you can earn a micro-credential for each of three levels.
As you gain knowledge you earn a level 1 micro-credential, at level 2 you'll apply that knowledge and with level 3 you will be synthesizing appropriate materials for the skill area.
