Group Funding Information
The GPSGA Co-Sponsorship Fund supports eligible graduate and professional student organizations in hosting events that promote campus engagement, professional development, and collaboration among graduate and professional students at Oklahoma State University.
Organizations may apply for co-sponsorship funding each semester through the Microsoft Submission Form available on the GPSGA Community Canvas page. Before applying, review the information below to understand the funding process, eligibility requirements, and submission expectations.
Before You Apply:
To receive funding, organizations must submit:
- Co-Sponsorship Fund Application
- Post-Event Visual Report
Both submissions are required to complete the funding process.

Download the official application form, complete all required fields, obtain the required signatures, and save the document using your organization's full name and account number.

Submit the completed application through the designated Microsoft Submission Form for the current funding cycle.

Eligibility and Good Standing
To be eligible for the GPSGA Co-Sponsorship Fund, organizations must remain in good standing by:
- Attending at least 75% of scheduled GPSGA General Assembly meetings.
- Actively participating on a GPSGA or approved campus-wide committee by fulfilling committee responsibilities.

Application Requirements
The application must:
- Be submitted as one PDF.
- Be named using the organization's full name and full account number.
- Have every required field completed.
- Be signed by both the applicant and the organization's advisor.

Incomplete applications will automatically be rejected.

Funding Conditions
Organizations receiving co-sponsorship funding must:
- Include GPSGA recognition in all promotional materials.
- Ensure that no alcohol is associated with the event.

Post-Event Visual Report
Following the event, organizations must submit a Post-Event Visual Report consisting of a video presentation (maximum three minutes).
The report must include:
- Evidence of graduate student participation and event impact.
- Evidence of spending, including purchased items, services, or itemized receipts.
- Evidence of publicity showing the GPSGA logo and acknowledgment that the event was organized in collaboration with GPSGA.
Failure to submit an acceptable Post-Event Visual Report will result in automatic withdrawal of the awarded funds from the student organization's university account.
