Opening Session - Welcome and Current Student Panel

Moderated by Dr. Melanie Morgan
Join us for our opening session with Dr. Melanie Morgan, the Dean of the Graduate College, on what you can expect from your graduate school experience at Oklahoma State. Hear from current graduate students about their OSU experience. Stories from current students on their transition, challenges & accomplishments in becoming a graduate student.

This breakout session is an opportunity to learn more about the program(s) that you are interested in from Graduate Program Coordinators and Graduate faculty. There will be time for you to ask specific questions about the program(s) or the University.

International Students and Scholars
The ISS is here to support your pre-arrival journey to OSU with visa preparation services such as Mock Visa Interviews, Visa Denial Appointments, and How to Be Successful in Your Visa Appointment online workshops. We will also be available to answer questions about arrival to the U.S., Online Required ISS Orientation, ISS registration etc.

Representatives from the ISS English Language and Intercultural Programs (ELIP) will discuss orientation and transition support, academic and English-language programs, graduate writing assistance, English conversation opportunities, intercultural programming, and resources designed to help students thrive academically, socially, and professionally throughout their time at OSU.
