Parking and Accommodations
This page provides detailed guidance on parking, accessibility services, venue entry policies, and safety procedures for graduates and guests attending the Graduate Commencement Ceremony.

Parking Locations and Accessibility
General parking is available on the northwest, south, and west sides of Boone Pickens Stadium. Accessible parking is provided in Lot 5A, located south of Gallagher-Iba Arena.

Parking for Guests and Graduates
Handicap-accessible parking is available in Lot 5A, directly across from Gallagher-Iba Arena. Additional parking may be available in surrounding lots, but availability is limited. Please plan to arrive early to allow time for parking and entry.

Accessible Seating
The University is committed to making the ceremony accessible for all guests. Ample seating is available on the Concourse Level (second level) for individuals who cannot use stairs.
Wheelchair Seating and Elevator Access
Wheelchair seating is available on the Concourse Level (second level) of Gallagher-Iba Arena. Elevator access is available on both the north and south sides of the arena.
For questions about elevator access and seating, please speak with security personnel on-site.

Security and Entry Policies
OSU places a high priority on safety during commencement. All individuals entering Gallagher-Iba Arena, including graduates, guests, faculty, and staff, will undergo a security screening.
Please arrive early to avoid delays.

Re-entry Policy
Once guests exit Gallagher-Iba Arena, re-entry is not allowed. Plan accordingly.

What You Can and Cannot Bring
Permitted items:
- Phones
- Small bags (no larger than 12"x12"x12")
Prohibited items:
- Backpacks
- Purses and handbags (graduates)
- Food and beverages
- Alcohol
- Weapons
- Baby strollers and car seats
- Artificial noisemakers and beach balls
- Tripods, monopods, and cameras with removable lenses longer than 3 inches
- Tobacco products and vaping devices (OSU is a tobacco-free campus)
Animals
Only service animals accompanying individuals with disabilities are allowed inside the arena. All other animals are strictly prohibited.
Tobacco-Free Campus and Solicitation Policy
Oklahoma State University is a tobacco-free campus. Use of tobacco products, including electronic cigarettes and vapor devices, is strictly prohibited on all university property.
Soliciting is not allowed inside the arena.
