Elena Atkinson

 

Admissions Officer

 

Ms. Atkinson joined the Graduate College in fall of 2022. She is responsible for assisting domestic and international graduate students with the admission process.  She also works directly with the Oklahoma State University faculty and staff. Ms. Atkinson received a Bachelor's Degree in English and Education from V.N. Karazin Kharkiv National University, Ukraine, a MS degree in Aviation and Space at Oklahoma State University, and she is currently working

on her EdD degree at OSU.

Tiffany McIntyre

 

Admissions Officer

 

Tiffany McIntyre joined the Graduate College team as an Admissions Officer in August 2025. She assists domestic and international students, as well as faculty and staff, with the admission process. Tiffany earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Oklahoma State University.

 

 

Rachel Shreffler

 

Manager Graduate Student Processes

 

Rachel Shreffler serves as a Manager of Graduate Student Processes in the Graduate College. She joined the team November 2024 and assists domestic and international graduate students as well as faculty and staff with admission processes. Rachel graduated from Oklahoma State University with BS degree in Health Education and Promotion and a MS degree in Health and Human Performance. In addition to her role in the Graduate College, she serves as an adjunct instructor for the CEHS and as an OSU Sexual Assault Victim Advocate.
