Graduate and Professional Student Government Association (GPSGA) has been dedicated to enhancing the quality of education and providing professional development opportunities for all current graduate/professional students at Oklahoma State University. Accordingly, GPSGA offers Travel Award once a fiscal year for every applicant to support scholarly work of graduate/professional students presenting their own research at a regional, national, or international meeting/conference.
The Graduate and Professional Student Government Association (GPSGA) is seeking nominations of outstanding master's students, doctoral students, and faculty members to receive its highest honor. The Phoenix Award is given annually to one master's student and one doctoral student who have demonstrated exemplary achievement in leadership and scholarship, community and university service as well as professional involvement. A Phoenix Award is also given annually to one faculty member in recognition of excellence in mentorship of graduate students. All winners will receive formal recognitions during the Graduate Student Appreciation Week.
The Graduate and Professional Student Government Association (GPSGA) would like to recognize and acknowledge one Outstanding Graduate Teaching Assistant with a cash prize and a certificate to be presented during Graduate Student Appreciation Week. The nominations of the Outstanding Graduate Teaching Assistant Award may be initiated by any faculty member, administrator, or graduate student (including self-nominations).
