Dr. Logan Britton received his Ph.D. in May 2020, and earned Graduate Dean's Certificate with the 360° Critical Skills for Career Success program in April 2020. He is currently an Assistant Professor at Kansas State University in the Department of Agricultural Economics. 

Parna Ghosh received her master’s in Cell and Molecular Biology at the University of Vermont in 2014. She is now a graduate research and teaching assistant at Oklahoma State University pursuing a Ph.D. in Integrative Biology. Gnosh earned the Graduate Dean's Certificate with the 360 Critical Skills for Career Success program in 2023.

Dr. Sushobahn Pradhan received his Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering in July 2021 at Oklahoma State University and earned the Graduate Dean's Certificate with the 360° Critical Skills for Career Success program in the Summer of 2022. He is currently a post-doctoral research Fellow at Oklahoma State University working on enhanced oil and gas recovery using novel nitrogen-assisted nanofluid systems. 

Dr. Melissa Reed received her Ph.D. in Aquatic Entomology in 2022 from Oklahoma State University and earned the Graduate Dean's Certificate with the 360° Critical Skills for Career Success program in April 2022. She is now a full-time Postdoctoral research fellow at Oklahoma State University.

Dr. Alvin Ngo received his Ph.D. in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering in 2021 and earned the Graduate Dean's Certificate with the 360° Critical Skills for Career Success program in December 2022. He is now a Graduate research and teaching assistant at Oklahoma State University.

Dr. Kathryn Teixeira received her doctoral degree in May 2020 and earned the Graduate Dean's Certificate with the 360° Critical Skills for Career Success program in April 2020. She is currently an Assistant Professor at the University of California-Davis.

Dr. Salome Suarez received her master’s in Entomology and Plant Pathology in 2018 and earned the the Graduate Dean's Certificate with the 360° Critical Skills for Career Success program in April 2023. She is now a PhD Candidate of Plant Pathology at Oklahoma State University.
